Validation portal boundary
READ_ONLYCurrent mode is Prelaunch validation mode. Future mode is Live activation after required business, legal, government, provider, and operational approvals. This portal is read-only and contains no state-changing admin actions.
Participant protection model
Protection is created through public-first review, login gates, virtual participation, controlled records, and participant governance.
Public discovery is available before login, while deeper participation actions route through account entry.
Participation simulation uses virtual USDT-denominated records and does not move assets.
Portfolio references are controlled prelaunch records, not live ownership or account balances.
Founder cannot unilaterally select the project operator.
Admin cannot unilaterally finalize the operator assignment after shortlist.
Participant weighted voting creates the operator selection result and controlled assignment reference.
